The fries were not hot. They didn't give me the right size cup for my order, they gave me a small instead of a large. My... baconator had small patties on it. (You will not get what you paid for.) if the customer is always right, and you have a qualityproduct, why is it that the food is not hot and the customer doesn't get exactly what they've paid for? Why is it that the meaton the sandwich is way passed the throw out time? And the nuggets are redipped in oil and hard as a stone. Somebody needs to befired, or close this location permanently. I reviewed this place a year ago, and they still get one star! One star is generous, we ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget, some... fries, and a combo for my nephew. Tell me why our nuggets were cold when we got them but they were so busy that we didn't evenbother by taking them back! They were cold in the middle, like they weren't done! If I wasn't in a rush I would have taken itback but I had to go to work. Read more
It was horrible. Service was terrible. It was slow and I was given the wrong meal. The employees make you pull up then backup in... the drive thru to reset the timer. They are more concerned with getting away with something by resetting the timer and they arewith giving proper service. Read more
This was a not so great place to go...1. there was no ice was told after we had ordered our food..2. they left the mic on and we... could hear everything they were saying and there was a lot of profanity going on up in there...3. we ordered a baked potato wastold there was no baked potatoes after they placed it online order and was asked for a one of those frozen drinks I was toldthere was none of that... 4. The person at the window that we gave our money to was a very nice person after all the other stuffthat happened up in there... This is not the worst place I've been and I know there will be some places that are worse thanthis.. is one thing I'm glad I went in the Drive-Thru because I think I would be too nervous to eat inside.. The drive thru at the Washington Street location in Memphis is horrible. I waited 20 minutes to get to the speaker... only 4... cars in front of me! When I got to the speaker, I waited another 2 minutes and was told to wait a second. Two minutes later, Ijust drove away and spent my money at Burger King. Read more
Wow. Just .... wow ???????????? I really don't do traditional fast-food writing, lest the review is top notch (ala my girl... Dixie - the Queen on Mt Moriah) I mean - hey, it's fast food right ???? what really are your expectations in thisday/time? Well, enter Wendy's (or In my case, don't), where void of the nationwide "food-shortage" ???? and the evidentpersonnel shortage (aka, poor management, brand support absence, 'let the cook run the store' philosophy ??????????? etc, etc.),apparently ???? there is a "service-shortage", a "straw-shortage" a "frosty-shortage" and a dining room closure catastrophe. Allin one visit. So, the line was not long, yet... moving extremely slooooooooww. The wait was about 1 or 3 minutes before I(impatiently so) decided, let me just go in and order the food. I enter, reading a well typed/printed professional sign thatsaid... "Carry out" [or take out or something] from 11 to 8pm only - or near that, just know that our visit was inside the timeperimeters. I enter and am welcomed by a growl of a disposition noted - "baby, the dining room closed" I look around, seesomeone standing in the corner, waiting on food, yes... and I say, "But, ???? I am in the dining room, we are in the diningroom". She, as scoldish as an old man about his well manicured lawn, then repeats (as if this is the last time before I callthe police), "Baby, the dining room is closed!" I, intrigued, asked, "Is the sign on the door a misprint, or out of date- I cantake it down for you if so? It is not 8pm you know." Soliciting sympathy or assistance or I dunno, she exclaims - " It's only 3people back here." Apparently the person in jeans and I am bout to go downtown attire was NOT one of the three, as she was justleaning on the wall looking at me... but wait, maybe she was one of the three, just not doing anything ???????????
