The employee in the window was patient and friendly but they messed up my order terribly after the 20 min wait I checked to be... sure it was all there and 3 orders of fries were not...the employee in the window quickly apologized and gave me 3 hot freshfries I thought it was over and headed home.. get hm and my $10 bacon burger w/no tomato has tomato but no bacon...we then findthere is no bacon on any of the 3 bacon jr burgers either...my $30 order and everyone food is wrong how... Worst drive thru service. We waited 20 minutes for our order to be brought to us. While the lady ahead was told to wait in the... parking spot next to us, had to go back inside 4 times because they messed up her order. Got food for my husband through Postmates. None of the food was even warm after calling up there and being told they make food... to order mind you at this point I?d been waiting for an hour and I paid for priority.. the nuggets were over cooked, the frieswere limp and room temp, and the ?large? lemonade?. got the lemonade for myself and asked for the peach mango. Got strawberry.Which I am HIGHLY allergic to and thankfully I had my epi pen otherwise I wouldn?t even be able to write this out but either goin person and make sure they have your stuff right or don?t bother with this place at all. If I could leave a zero I would. Was there for breakfast and ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Came with hashbrowns and... a coffee. I asked if I could get a iced coffee that was on the menu and was told they did not have available. No big deal and Iordered a coke instead. She was a little rude, but that's what we get now. Drive up to pay and the rudeness continues. While Iwas waiting for my card back I could see clearly into kitchen area. The grease was everywhere that I could see. I had to pull upto wait for my food. Young man delivered my food and I had no straw for my coke. The sandwich was so greasy I did not finish it.There was something that looked like bacon on it, but I think it was a strip of dried burnt grease. So gross. I was at this location with my friends and we pulled up to the window and no one would take our order. We continued to drive... through because the lady at the window was screaming at us from the window telling us to continue to drive forward. We droveforward and she ended up screaming at us telling us that she wasn?t going to take our order. She went off on us. I waited atleast 20 mins in the drive through line. Thankfully, a nice male worker came out and took our order and I ended up tipping himfor being so kind. Worst experience I?ve never had in a drive through but it was only because of the one female worker. Theother workers were very helpful. Read more
Update 11.6.22: Man, the quality and service went down. They're still really nice there. Check your bag before you leave the... lot, because you're definitely missing something if you didn't order just a meal. Your cookies are burned, fries done in dirtygrease, and nuggets are somehow burnt and under done. Sadness. My lifemate and I went through the drive thru around 7:15pmtonight. The line was sooo long, and I thought it looked impossible. But it went by pretty quickly for it being the dinner rush.I got the Classic Big Bacon Chicken Sandwich, he got the Spicey Asiago Ranch Club. Oh man, it was so good! That sandwich was ahot, tasty mess. The fries were extra good. They were out of diet Coke. Pro's and Cons of going during the dinner rush. He ateall of his too fast for me to take a pic. I could only manage half, but hey! That's lunch for tomorrow. I'm including picturesof my food, and Al the Begging Cat. Al doesn't really want to eat the foods, just smell it.
