I ordered thru drive thru, a hamburger with everything no cheese and a baked potato with sour cream & butter. When I checked... the bag, there was cheese on the burger, no lettuce and a plain potato with no butter or sour cream & no salt or pepper. After I took it back into the store was told that they didn't have lettuce or sour cream. It would have be nice IF I was toldwhen I placed the order that they didn't have certain condiments. The service here is hit and miss. This particular visit this morning (now), this wendy's is advertised as open at 630am on... google maps (which makes sense as there are other Wendy's open at 6am around the city). After I waited for 10 minutes (when Icould have gone to work instead), the lone employee finally got on to share that they were not open. When I asked if they canget the opening times changed, the employee ignored me and refused to answer. I understand that things happen-but to act as if Iam not speaking, and to continue to advertise the incorrect opening times is frustrating. Read more
I asked for hot grilled chicken sandwich but was given the regular grilled chicken sandwich. Otherwise, good was good.

They told us they were only taking online orders after we waited in line for 10 minutes. So we place an online order that took... another 20mints for us to get our food then when we got The food it was old and cold asked for a refund we never got it. PLEASEDONT EAT HERE!!!!! Read more
The Wendy's by my house on S 3rd St and Horn Lake in Memphis has terrible customer service. We waited today in the drive-thru... line for almost 20 mins after being turned away from the lobby (which by the way says that's its open and we watched an employeecome out with bags of food). When we got to the mic to order they told us that it would be another 20 min wait because they weredoing shift change. I have never heard of a restaurant shut down in the middle of the day bc of shift change. This is the onlyone that does not service you the way that they should. I was excited to order the strawberry frosty on this hot day but Iwasn't about to sit there for 20 mins extra mins for it. I'll have to try another Wendy's. Read more
I understand we are in a pandemic which should give them every reason to take their job serious. Ordered breakfast at 8 a.m. and... it was cold as if they bagged up some food that was sitting out over night. They were at the window close distance and one girlwas eating so I know she warmed her food up. Why did we get ours cold and you can tell it was old the paint from the wrapper wasstuck on the eggs. The fact only one car is in the line proves peopls dont want to work. Thats nasty and unsanitary to servepeople old food when if no one ordered at yall store you wouldd not be in business. Customers deserve 100% A plus serviceespecially since yall just opened up. Ample enough time to prep for breakfast. Read more
When you make a trip to Wendy's you expect them to at least have the Frosty that you made the trip for and when i order a Frosty... ask the employees to ask what size. When you get to the window they hand you the small when for that extra dollar Wendy's couldhave made yo could have got a large. Thanks. I'm not gonna tolerate foolishness and difficult attitudes.
