I went in to place an order.. I placed my order went to the counter to pay for my order and saw a roach crawling across the... counter.. I asked the server if she could at least kill the roach so I wouldn't have to watch it crawl while I waited for myfood and she told me "I'm afraid of it to why don't you kill it" so I proceeded to walk out as I decided I no longer washungry!! There were NO customers in the store but they refuse to answer the phone. Once I finally got my order, my food was thrown... together (eggs and grits mixed in with each other), and the side is bacon was not fully wrapped as it was in the bottom of mybag by the time I got home. This was probably the worst service I've had. I can't place a call in order because the automated message states that attention... is being given to dine in guests. I pull up and there is not a customer in site and they are actually mopping the dining room.As I'm asked for my order nothing is being written down and I'm asked to repeat my order a couple of times then one employeestarted using very loud profanity at one of the cooks. I pay and wait in my car. The cook goes out to his car and returns,doesn't wash his hands nor does he put on gloves. To top it all off when I get home my order is not what I was charged for. The food was awesome and the service was good. I didn't like that a customer bought a dog in with them. That shouldn't be... allowed in a restaurant, I don't care about what security the dog gives you, that animal can wait in the car or stay at home. Read more
