Workers are taking advantage of automatic tips (15% tip/gratuity applied to your purchase). Why be courteous when you're going... to make your money anyhow? Our waitress had a "You live in this neighborhood 38115, it's how you deserve to be treated,so takeit",type of mindset. Waitress told us NO,when requesting more chip and dip with our meals. The patron frozen Margarita i will rate that a 10????. The food here is not so good however; the steak tasted rubbery but the... ???? was good. Service was terrible. Food wasn?t all that great and they are way to expensive for the way they treat their customers. Me and my... husband steadily had to ask the waiter to come to our table he never checked on us. Then when he brought us the check he said Iwant to appreciate y?all for being so patient with me. Then after checking the receipt he decided to add an 18% tip on to ourbill for his self. Got to the front to pay and I asked them how can they put their tip on the ticket without my permissionbecause to be honest he didn?t deserve that much of a tip and let me state this there were only three tables in there theyweren?t busy at all. Got out tonight and enjoyed the live band. The crowd was grooving and singing. Everybody enjoyed their self's.

Food was on point! Music was on point, and the live band was on point. The drinks weren't strong enough for me. Due to Covid-19... you are not allowed to get on the dance floor.
