Great smoothie bowls and drinks. Staff needs training on reading tickets for the modification options.
Please extend the same customer service to ALL races of people. For example: Ask all of your customers if they are... rewards/points members and if they are not would they like to join. Been to this place 3x and they never asked a certain race ofpeople if they wanted to JOIN ALWAYS asked the other race. I had a buy one acai bowl get one free through FB... I bought a extraone. I was told that I wouldn't get points because of the free one "ok" Which didn't make any sense. The sales Associate saidthat their system acts crazy sometimes and I wasn't offered my receipt like the other race of people. Loving that they still have pumpkin specialties even this far after ?Fall? ?????????? Especially the Bowl with bananas, almonds,... cinnamon & chocolate chips (on the side). Big enough for us to share. Update: It?s been so great to have the pumpkin bowl nevergone away! It?s been very refreshing all through the year, especially since it?s been so HOT lately! This place is the real deal. My wife is a huge fan of acai bowls but I am not. I took my wife here to make her happy and ended... up super pleased. The big blue bowl that I got was amazing and my wife's Funky Monkey was great. Also the young lady behind thecounter, I can not remember her name but she was the best and super helpful. I have purchased the required amount of smoothies from this place vibe on poplar and when it came time to be getting my free... smoothie, somehow they reset my points and told me that I had 128 points which is not the case. Last week September 17, 2022 Icame in and purchased a Smoothie and the guy that checked me out said that I had a free one the next time I came out todaySeptember 23, 2022 I was told that I have I am not due to get a free smoothie. I?ve been coming here for the past year and ahalf purchasing smoothies and have never gotten a free smoothie and the day that I came to get my free smoothie, they said thatI was not due a free smoothie.
