The really need to learn how to use the app, the cashier (owners wife or family) took my points off but still charged me for the... food. Then got an attitude when I explained to her what happened. I like tropical smoothie but unfortunately this location hasto many issues with the app. She don?t even apologize she just got an attitude - probably shouldn?t be working with the public.Fortunately my order was refunded for the item I used the points for but I still had to ask for the food so I?m not sure if theyeven planned on giving it to me when they took 900 points away.. I was a regular customer until today. I placed an order online to GRAB AND GO quickly so I wouldn?t be LATE returning from my... lunch break. The order was not even printed out to prepare. I asked the girl at the counter how long it would take and she liedand said 3 minutes. I explained to her that I had to hurry back to work. After 5 minutes I asked the girl to cancel my order.She PRETENDED like she was going to cancel it. After a couple more minutes I asked the boy at the counter if he could cancelit. He said that it was being prepared and was almost finished. THE RUN AROUND. When I finally did receive my food nearly 10minutes later they didn?t give me my side item. I had to ask for that. Not only that, they had the audacity to give me a CHICKENwrap. I specifically come to this restaurant for the HUMMUS wrap because I am a PESCATARIAN. Because of their NONCHALANTattitude I?ve ended up LATE and STARVED. I am extremely DISAPPOINTED with my experience. Typically I visit the Winchesterlocation but after today I won?t be spending anymore time or money at any Tropical Smoothie. Read more

They got our order wrong which happens, but tried to make us pay for the wrong order and what we actually meant to order.... Apparently they do this all the time because I?ve seen other reviews say the exact same thing, and other people tell me they?vehad a similar experience. Only at this location though. Read more

Rudest employees, man! My card wasn?t working for their system through the drive through window. So I had to park somewhere to... order online. My card went through online, so I went back to the drive through and I told the lady my name and explained to herwhat happened and what the other worker told me to do, mind you, I was heading to work. Anyways, so she told me with a rudeattitude, this is drive through only, you have to come inside and slammed the window in my face while I was trying to explainfurther what had happened. Never going back to this location again! It takes two secs to get. It was already ready. I had noproblems with the other workers doing that for me but that lady was mean! My husband and I experienced the worst customer service at this location. I asked for strawberry in a smoothie and blueberry was... added. When he read my order back to me I thought he said strawberry. So I asked for it to be remade and he said it would beextra and proceeded to take my smoothie to add strawberry in it so then it would have blueberry and strawberry and honestlywould be even worse. Then I said no I don?t want that and he took it as throw the whole thing away. So he threw it away and thenI asked for a new smoothie and he was going to make me pay for the original smoothie and a new smoothie so I asked for a refundand he said no. So then I had to get my husband to talk to him and he finally gave us a refund. I will never come back to thislocation. I frequent the location in Cordova and have always had great service. I?ve worked in the food industry and I?m not ahard customer to please. I almost didn?t ask for it to be remade but I didn?t think it would be such an ordeal. It really was anawful start to the day. We just wanted a good smoothie and some breakfast. But instead was accosted and felt as if I should havelearned my lesson. We paid for two $9 smoothies and two breakfast wraps which are awfully small for what it is and lacking inbacon. I much prefer the Cordova location. I do not like leaving bad reviews but with this kind of interaction, it needed to bereviewed. Is it really going to affect costs if you guys have to just remake a smoothie or would you rather have bad customerinteractions? Really think about the outcomes of that. Read more
