I ordered a bbq plate today and asked for cheese fries but she told me they couldn't do cheese fries with it. I thought I would... just get fries but they just gave me the bbq and coleslaw. Wth guys come on. Also she said they can't put bbq sauce on the bbqplate it has to be on the side. If I want it on my bbq which ik tops can do bc they have before than it should be on my bbq. Not impressed with this location, and will not be coming back here. The place was filthy, and bugs were everywhere, we... actually didn't even finish our food because the bugs in the windows were trying to attack us. I went to pick up our food fromthe counter, and grabbed a tray to put our food on, because every table was filthy. The lady behind the counter told me thatI cannot use the trays, and I said that they needed to clean the tables, and continued to use them anyways because it wasdisgusting. The food was terrible, fries under cooked, slaw and potato salad were warm, and the burger was not very goodeither. It was a terrible experience at this location. Read more
I went to Tops Barbecue last night to get my guys at work some food. The entire order was incorrect we went right before closing... so we couldn?t get our order fixed right away. I called this morning and spoke with the manager crystal. Crystal took great careof me no problems at all. Really appreciate Crystal for understanding. I ordered online for curbside. I placed the order at 1:40pm. I pulled up around 1:47pm and clicked the link to let them know I... was here around 1:50. I sat in the car and waited but at 2pm no one had come out. There was only one car in the driveway when Ipulled up and no one inside. I went inside and saw one girl at the drive thru helping a client and another girl with her phonein the back at the door. I explained that I was waiting on a curbside order. The girl that was in the back started asking otherco workers if we had an online order. The young lady in the drive through found the order. It had just been sitting at thecounter. The girl that came from the back started saying that there is nothing to let them know they have an order. I told herthat their sign says to click the link when we arrive and I did that. She went in to try to give that tired explanation againand I told her to save it because it was just an excuse. She got mad and stormed to the back talking about how nice she was tome and calling me names and yelling. I have seen this same girl treat other customers that way. She has an attitude every singletime I see her. This was just my first time dealing with her. The other two ladies were nice but couldn?t seem to control theother. They looked pretty uncomfortable to be honest. It?s sad that you have people working for you that clearly just don?t likepeople. I won?t be visiting there again. Pretty much any Tops BBQ is worth the stop. Consistent food, great service, superior taste on all menu items. This is one of two... on Summer Ave and I did the drive thru. They were still timely and friendly. Recommended. Read more
