The worse BBQ experience in All of Memphis. Garbage. This is not what I ordered. But what they gave me.
The food was awful. I ordered a Jumbo pulled pork barbecue sandwich, there was hardly any sauce the meat seemed like it was... undercooked....normally the food is great maybe I came on a wrong day. Read more
Tops are consistently good. Not the frayser store. The meat was overdone, none of the drinks were right in the machine, and... customer service was atrocious. We love Tops, but we won't eat at Tops in Frayser anymore. Read more
So I go to tops for lunch today. When I get there 2 other ladies are in front of me. 2 workers are outside comes in with the 3rd... worker. The 3rd worker takes the 2 ladies order hands them a drive then sits down. I immediately asked her was she taking myorder. I never got adknowledged. Since the worker was rude I left and went on Thomas were I received excellent customer serviceand fresh food. It was worth the 5 minute drive. Read more
I visited the Tops on Frayser Blvd on 6 26.22. I am horribly disappointed. The customer service was horrible the lady taking my... order who I believe was the manager was very unpleasant. Once I pulled around to the window she took my money handed me myreceipt and walked off. Her conversation she was having on her personal cell phone was way more important than the payingcustomer at the window. When we received our food the fries were cold the shoulder sandwich was so tough that I thought it wasskins instead. Will not be returning to this particular tops! Read more
Everything was good but the lady got one of my sodas wrong. And didn't like the fact that she walked away from the window with... my card. But i think she rang it up at the other register inside. So i didn't say anything. But other than that they deliveredthe awesome tase of tops! I enjoyed my food and will be back. Read more
