I arrived @ 7pm and did not get my food until 7:45 and was not hot. My friend fish and onion rings was cold and greasy. When we... told them how was not satisfied they got an attitude. On October 17th at 8:55, I placed an online order with Juicy Crab located at 2828 Wolfcreek Parkway. I ordered the 6 piece juicy... special with ranch, a side of dirty rice. I then chose for the wings to be all flats and 2 additional ranches. The onlinereceipt noted that the order would be ready at 9:24. I arrived to Juicy Crab at 9:27. No one was at the front, at the bar, orvisible in the restaurant. I waited and when a very rude worker walked out and didn?t greet me. I led with having an onlineorder and she asked me for my name. She rolled her eyes and went to the back and returned with the food. She said the dirty ricewas missing and I could request a refund online. I asked how and she walked away out of view without responding. She came backand said ?she said it?s online?. I asked if I could replace the rice with fries and she said ?no and that?s the kitchen wasclosed?. It was 9:33. I reiterated that the online site didn?t have any steps for a refund and I then requested a in personrefund. The same worker disappeared out of and returned saying ?she said she already closed her drawer and won?t open it againtill the morning?. I the requested the manager and without even going to get the manager she rudely said ?she?s busy?. I leftthe establishment to realize that my wings weren?t all flats and the 3rd ranch wasn?t in the bag. 2 of the wings were burned andtoo crispy to bite into. The compete order was incorrect and I overpaid for special instructions that weren?t followed. Asidefrom that, the worker was very unprofessional, distasteful, and not willing to help. My family and a host of friends spend alotof money at this specific location, host events, and look forward to spontaneous dinner nights here but after tonight, we willnever ever return. Read more
I was really surprised but the service was not good. When we arrived, we were escorted to our table by the hostess?on the way,... she dropped one of our menus on the floor, picked it up and placed it on our table. Second, there was not a crowd at all but theservice was extremely slow. There were advertisements for drinks and drink bottles placed for decoration in the restaurant butwhen I asked my waitress for drink specials, she stated ?we are not serving drinks tonight?? I asked why and she could not giveme an explanation. I wanted to leave at that point but we stayed anyway. Ordered food and it took a very long time to get thefood. They also ran out of lemons, didn?t provide the tools to eat crab legs and at that point I understood why there was notmany people there on a Friday night. Read more
