The food (Dad said the fries were too hard) was good. The waitress did the best she could with the wait times, holding down four... tables due to staffing I bet. The absolute worst thing was my Dad tried to use his $50.00 gift card I gave him for Father's Day,and the waitress said the gift card machine (which is the same machine used for debit/credit cards) is broken, forcing me to usemy debit card for the whole tab. My Dad wanted to ask, what if we didn't have the extra money to cover the tab? Read more
The flavor was GREAT!!! We were one of multiple large parties on a Sunday. The service was a little delayed as expected, but... our waitress took care of us and got everyone's order correct. She also made no fuss about the splitting of the checks. Myfather has never been to the restaurant, and he was quite pleased with the flavor and the fact that the waitress gave him amilitary discount. Read more
I brought my family to restaurants because of its 4.4 rating with over 1400 reviews, but the truth experience was awful. Here is... why you should never come to this restaurant: 1: the service was very lousy. As a crab seafood restaurant, the servers don'tprovide crab crack. We ordered a dozen oyster, but only came out 6, we asked for cocktail source, but it was not served. Everysingle thing we ordered was not delivered correctly. 2: the seafood is NOT fresh. We ordered Raw oysters, and the oysters cameout were at least opened a day ago (look at the picture we took for the oyster) 3: the bathroom ran out of the hand soup, and itwas not refilled after two reminders to the staff. COVID Is still not over, and a restaurant with such lousy senitationcondition should be closed and fined for noncompliance. 4: the soda we ordered tasted like from sewage, my guess: the waterfilter is dirty and never replaced. Alexander was THE BEST server and bartender ever!!! He made sure we had everything we needed and our food was hot and fresh.... Alexander did everything greatly and i would highly recommend him to anyone as a server and or bartender. He was sweet andaccurate with our drinks. And i wish i could?ve tipped him more. I truly enjoy the experience whenever I go to The Juicy Crab! They have the BEST green mussels in the city! Great size and... flavorful! Just ate a late lunch there. I was immediately greeted with a beautiful smile by my server, Brittany. I ordered hush puppies & a... half lb of green mussels. So GOOD!!! The portion size was perfect. Really enjoyed my meal & appreciated the friendly service. Iwill definitely be back! Read more
