Don't waste your time. Ordered through their online system around 6:45. The system said the order was placed AFTER BUSINESS... HOURS and the order couldn't confirmed. THEY LITERALLY NEVER CONFIRMED THE ORDER PER MENUFY AKA THEIR ORDERING APP TODAY AT5:09pm. Called MULTIPLE TIMES without answer trying to confirm they were open before I drove up there. Been back and forth withthe online ordering company. Tried to call the store multiple times the past 2 days without success. Owner claims they waited onme till 8:15 and refuses to replace the food or refund me or even understand that the app mislead me and ignoring calls duringbusiness hours isn't great for online orders. Finally spoke with the owner today and the unprofessional attitude over $22 wasunfathomable. If a business uses an app that claims they are closed and cannot confirm an order, they should at least beprofessional enough to address those situations. The owner became very hostile towards the end of the call. As I tried toexplain what the app said he kept calling me a liar. I don't know what a person would gain from ordering food and not picking itup? What kind of takeout-only restaurant stops answering the phone an hour and 15 minutes prior to closing. Scam alert. Wow... The wings were finger-licking good... Whole wings... Nice size wings... Not too big, but not small at all... An ample... amount of (real potatoes) seasoned fries... I loved and enjoyed my 3 experiences... The staff, real friendly and polite...***** Read more

I drive more a good little minutes, past multiple other crumpy's locations in white haven just to come to this location on park.... The food is by FAR the BEST, and staff is clean, laid back, and they really care about getting things right (even willing to gothe extra mile). 1st time eating at this location. Because Ive gotten sick from chicken before, i prefer my wings fried hard to ensure their... done. So, my chicken was cooked 2 order but it took over 20mins for my order 2 be prepared. Not sure if I will return. It wasn'tmemorable. I wanted 2 respond to the OWNER, after I read his response to my opinion of this wing establishment. However, I dontsee a reply button. But, NO WORRIES, I will not return.
