Extremely rude staff to kids, especially the staff the night of 9/23. Also they served us ice cream that was melting and... dripping everywhere not to mention got one of our orders wrong. One of the girls mentioned when I called ? I don?t care?. Read more
Clean with a friendly staff. But, I ordered a soft serve waffle cone and by the time she dispensed it and turned around and... handed it to me it was running and dripping everywhere. Which did not stop her from passing it to me. It was all over my hand,her hand and dripping on the counter. I am beside myself just having that mess passed over to me. Then, I had to pass it to mywife so I could clean my hands to get my wallet to pay. Really don't understand why they would push something like this off ontoa customer. We sat down inside to try to enjoy it but before I was even able to get half way through it I had to throw it inthe trash because of the mess it was making. Had to wait awhile but once I got my rainbow yogurt it was worth the wait . It was delicious excellent taste. Wow. Will be... going back. It is not sweet like icecream much better. I give it 20 stars. Read more
Good things first: They have daily flavors menu, and I chose cookies and cream (Oreo) with cake cone in small size. It tasted... good. They have parking available. There?s outdoor and indoor seating area, that?s actually good. Ice cream and sundae optionsalso available. They also sell birthday cakes and to-go products in the shop. What could be better: definitely pricing. Thesmall cone was $4.30 for soft-serve. And if you add a single topping, it can go to $6 for small serving. The shop is categorizedunder ?Frozen Yogurt? shops but when you go inside, you place an order ? it doesn?t function like most fro-yo places where youchoose what goes inside your cup and then they weigh it at the end. My kids couldn't wait to come here because they were given coupons at school for free kids' cups. The parking lot was well lit... and the inside was clean. The woman behind the counter greeted us right away and was very kind. One of my kids wanted to taste aflavor, and she was given a taste. All three of us loved our frozen yogurt and we will be back! I wish there was an option onthe card reader for me to leave a tip for great customer service. Read more
