Surprisingly good food deals during happy hour. Not so good for drinks. Meatballs and bread were very good. Pasta noodles were... very good but arrabiata sauce lacked flavor and complexity. Such a charming space, and the owner and staff were amazing. On 9/9 I had a surprise birthday dinner for my husband for a large... party of 20, and they were extremely accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortably accommodated andmade themselves available on super short notice. I appreciate the staff so much and 10/10 recommend them for a group large orsmall. The food was great, atmosphere was perfect, and the staff was amazing! I live nearby and always wanted to check this place out. My boyfriend and I finally got a chance to go last weekend and it was... great! The staff was very kind and welcoming and the food was delicious! We got a bottle of wine, the bucatini and marinara, anda pepperoni pizza. So I have been looking for new places that serve Vegan food. I wanted to find a pizza place that doesn't use the store bought... vegan cheese. I know that is a tough ask, since most people in this area are not Vegan. Today I ordered a vegan cheese pizzawith basil added as a garnish. I figured this would give me a feel for the vegan cheese and the sauce. IMHO, the sauce makes thepizza. I didn't eat the pizza right away as I had a few errands to run after grabbing it. Once I got it in my car, I could smellthe fresh basil on the pizza. At about 9pm tonight I was able to reheat my pizza in the oven. I must say that I was impressed. The vegan cheese works and the sauce was awesome. I picked up a frozen dough and frozen sauce from the freezer, as I had afeeling that I would like it. Glad that I did. Great service but the food wasn't as I hoped it be with the ratings I received. Maybe I should have gotten a pizza. I ordered... the lemon pepper fettuccine. Plenty of noodles just not enough sauce, like the noodles wasn't even covered it was so dry. Yetthe chicken was very moist and the salad was good. I just wished the sauce was seasoned a little bit more. Verdi I hoped Ispelled her named right was so bubbly and helpful with the knowledge of the food and beverage. Very nice atmosphere!!! Read more
Lovely place with good food and super friendly people. The special Rainbow Carrots with ricotta were delightful. We also had... pasta and Fromaggio pizza with garlic butter crust that were yummy. the only downside is that not all staff wore beards :-( Read more
I happened to be in the restaurant at the same time as the previous most recent two reviewers before me and they literally made... their first server cry. That’s why the server was switched out. They were the issue not the restaurant or wait staff. Thisplace always treats their customers well I’ve been here multiple times in the last couple months and I’ve never seen anyonehave a bad experience or had one myself. You can’t beat the price for such high quality food in the entire city. And theservice is so nice and casual and personable. Ellen, Sarah, Lily, Zella, Becky and Courtney Paige always do a great job withtheir customers. Don’t let two broken eggs ruin the dozens of wonderful and much more accurate reviews. Read more
