Trash service. Customer service horrible. On the real go anywhere else. Food was trash. Soft taco had .5 grams of filling. They... selling nickel bags of that fake ground beef. If you Order from the app food cheaper, odd right. To get up food you got to gothrough a series of bad customer service. Bogus location definitely pulling a Charleston white n snitch to corporate. Food and service was great. Amount of food you get for the money......not so much. I mean it's taco bell, why am I paying so... much for fast food... one combo and 3 soft taco supremes...$17 bucks. This is really sad how they fixed my food. I already had to wait in line over 30 minutes for my order. I tried calling they... won't answer the phone. This is a taco supreme they fixed. I'm calling the corporate office in the morning. Read more
Location is good when open. Today was the second time in 2 months were the location wasn't ready to open after the posted open... time. Ordering on the app doesn't reflect if location is open or not. Luckily you can cancel the order but the haste remains.Will visit again but well after opening time. Read more
The employees were awesome! We pulled in tired and hungry in a large pick up with a trailer behind it...we knew we were too big... for the drive thru but the dining room was closed. A young man came out the door to go home and my husband ask him if he couldwalk through the drive thru because of how big our truck and trailer were. He ask us what we wanted, took my husband's creditcard and went back in to order for us. We were so touched by the kindness of that young man to help us!!! He could havesaid,"I'm off the clock and gone home" but he saw it through to get us a meal. And it was GOOD!! They were all very kind andhelpful, they went above and beyond to get us fed!! First off all of the people who are giving this place of business a 1 star is lying and eat there everyday! I really am... disappointed by people who leave bad reviews only to return the next day. The employees at this restaurant is very kind andcourtesy. They go above and beyond the call of duty to serve each and every customer daily! Yes, you might have to wait a bitlonger than usual, but it is worth it. Every-time I visit, I see the same friendly faces and they are always working hard. Mosttimes it?s only 2 to 3 people in the store working and they give 100% GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! So for all of you all who arecomplaining, stop and think about what you are doing. This world is already in chaos! Stop complaining on the people who arehard at work making a difference! If it wasn?t for them even being at work, how would you all eat?
