Tonight was a busy night for the crew. I was patient while I waited on my order. They told me ahead of time. This was... understandable. However, I ordered 17 tacos(party pack, half hard/half soft)+ 5 more tacos. The soft tacos were ok but once mykids opened the hard tacos, they said that they smelled weird. I smelled them myself and agreed. I don't know what was going onbut they smelled drenched in grease. No way we could eat them. They bit into the tacos and said they even tasted funny. This is the worst location ever! I see why the lot stay deserted!!! The staff was so careless it was unbelievable! I spent over... 15 dollars on my food tried to get the food fixed right! It still came back the same way so I asked for refund on mini beefquesadilla which was given back but I was so upset and didn't think to check the steak quesadilla I also purchased with extrabeef which it didn't have. But I didn't realize til I made it home! So I called corp a few days later to report was offered only2 five dollar coupon and an invite back never this location again!!! Read more
Disgusting. I'm never eating at this location ever again. My food was cold. My Quesarito was tiny and full of old filling. My... quesadilla was old and full of unmelted cheese and dry chicken. Heck, it wasn't even CUT. my soft taco that came with the orderhad nothing but old, dry meat and cheese...no lettuce or anything. My Baja Blast was flat and was pretty much carbonatedwater. The cashier seemed okay, but whoever was in charge of cooking should honestly be coached, or fired. This location usedto be cool when I lived in the East, but coming back--I don't think I've ever had food this disgusting. I had to throw away$10.58 worth of food in the trash..thanks.
