This is the worst Taco Bell in Memphis easily. I have seen an employee leave the restaurant to yell at a customer in the parking... lot at another location and at least there they apologized for the wait and were accommodating with substitutions for a mobileorder. Had a number of entirely pleasant experiences here I can count on one hand in the past few years. Probably the singlereason I don't eat at Taco Bell as frequently anymore, which is a plus. Read more
Ordered via uber eats. Took hour before receiving order. This taco bell doesn't like to fill orders. Same issue months ago. Glad... I had excellent uber eats driver who made them fix my order. He was told someone picked my order up already. Lies! I can see viaapp when driver heading my way. Finally received mexican pizza combo w/ 2 missing tacos & paid for cheese sauce. I'm stillhungry while typing. This was a freaking combo not mexican pizza alone. Zero stars for this location ?? Read more
This location is absolutely awful, just terrible!!! It is ran by children who could care less about customer service and who... apparently have not been taught manners or respect for others. The service is awful, they can't seem to get your order correct,and the young man who is suppose to be the manager leaves much to be desired. The employees are a passive aggressive type ofdisrespectful, quite nonchalant, and could care less. I can NEVER seem to get a receipt with my order and when I asked I wastold that the "Receipt Machine" was down. ???? LOL! The General Manager of this location could NOT possibly care about how hisbusiness is being maintained (or the lack there of) and is obviously not paying attention to these reviews. If the service isany reflection of how this business is maintained as far as cleanliness is concerned then I suggest that noone visits thisestablishment. The children that are employed here are certainly not cleaning, sanitizing, or maintaining any level of healthcodes necessary to keep this location up to code with the level of customer service they provide. If the attitudes of theemployees reflect any other aspect of required duties necessary to maintain this restaurant then the Health Department shoulddefinitely pay this place a visit. I can only imagine! My hard earned money will NEVER be spent here again, however, I will begetting in touch with the Corporate Office because the people that live in that area should NOT have to put up with suchridiculous service! I normally don?t do low rankings but going to this Taco Bell last night had to be one of the worse experiences ever. The food... was cold, in line for over 30 minutes. At least two other vehicles left without getting food and when pulling up at the speakerto order a young lady was speaking to a customer very rudely asking if they wanted the food or not. No one came to the windowand said sorry for the delay, etc. Then the order was missing a Mexican pizza so had to wait again after we got our other food.Only ordered one combo and an extra Mexican pizza. I thought maybe they are short staffed but saw at least 5 different workers.Maybe some of them were new but the food should not have been bone cold. Read more
Terrible service, just left and tried to call several times because I ordered 2 chicken chaluppas and neither had chicken on it... and the shell is brick hard. The cashier seems to be slow and they v didn't put my cinnamon twist in the bag, I had to ask forthem. Nobody is answering the phone. I want my entire order remade and I'm calling the owner of this location. The sad part is, they were not even busy. I was the only person in the line for a minute. You'll need to hire competent children and people.Folks work to hard for there money to not get any meat on there order. Read more
Sometimes it's really good, but when it's bad... Just got this today and it felt lacking, so I peeled it open and it's just... this. ???? This sort of quality has happened to me several times back to back and it's just disappointing at this point and notworth the money. Read more
This was my first time at this location. Customer service was good. I ordered my craving box which includes (speciality ,... classic , side and drink ). You can customize it as per your choice. It was just for $5 (excluding taxes). Really liked it. Read more
This place is horrible. I ordered a Taco Supreme and an Enchirito. It was a regular taco and the enchirito was thrown together... horribly. The picture is of the enchirito. Also, I'm traveling for work and keep all my receipts. They told me they can'tprint receipts. Which sounded highly skeptical. Do not eat here. The service here is absolutely horrendous.
