My pizza was awful. I paid for extra BEEF x2 on the 2 pizzas ordered and it taste and appeared like they added extra beans... instead.... the tortilla crusts were soft/soggy and they lacked cheese.Trust and Believe if I had not driven so far from thestore I would take this mess back. I almost hate to give 5 stars for a fast food restaurant, but every so often I want my Taco Bell fix and this location on... Ridgeway has really been a surprise. While my closest location on Estate drive has been undergoing remodeling, this location hasbeen friendly, fast, and accurate. Well done to the staff! Keep it up... Read more

It was a terrible experience. I was picking up a doordash delivery and the customer requested extra mouth sauce. I asked the... gentleman at the window for extra mild sauce and he said it was in the bag. So of course I said well may I have some extra andagain he said it's in the bag and I ask for extra... He then slammed the window shut on me. That's when I got out and took hispicture and I definitely plan on calling taco Bell corporate to let him know about my experience. Read more
Terrible and mismanaged I have paid for 2 orders and never received them. Had a managing partner of the store call me to... explain and all he could muster was a half-hearted "sorry" no offer to replace my food or refund my money. As far as I'mconcerned upper management has directly stolen from me. This place is a travesty all the way through ownership. Read more
