Placed order at the kiosk. Later told no fries, but could replace with potatoes or cinnamon twist. Everything was going... alright. Until a rude employee had an altercation with customer at the window. Whom came in the Taco Bell . So I say when youknow you are working with the public. You should know went to adjust your attitude and control your emotions. Could have puteverybody in danger, the way things are now. But she was cool tho. She placed her order. Got her food. Isn?t a soft taco supposed to have lettuce and cheese? This one looks like it was sloppily thrown together. I?m not asking for... it to be made perfect but at the very least put the toppings on them. Read more
I love taco bell, but always have issues when going to this taco bell. Gave 2 stars because I do love their food in general.... Most times this taco bell will mess up orders. I just waited in line for 30 minutes, only to get to the screen to be told thatthey have no staff and can take no orders. We already had made and paid for a mobile order; so we pull up to the window. I see 4staff persons in uniform, either on their phones or dancing. They told us again that they had no staff (when we could see theyhad staff) and that we would just have to cancel our order. My entire order was incorrect. Edit 8.10.22 - the staff at Poplar Taco Bell did remedy this error- they were very VERY kind and... took the time to correct my order to previous specifications! The team went above basic customer service to provided EXCELLENTservice and I will return to this location. Management's hospitality and involvement was also very personable and made it easierfor me to decide to return :-) Read more
I bought a burrito supreme and mountain dew. Ate 3 bites and had a reaction to the burrito, coughing, mucus drainage, ... coughing, had a reaction to something in it. Was hard to breathe. I was still out at dollar tree and had to take it back. Themanager was nice enough to take it back. I had bought it and eaten it less than 30 minutes after buying it. I will not be going back to taco bell. My grand kids told me.there food was not good had to learn the hard way. Read more
I am usually leery regarding what to expect at any fast food restaurant, but I am happy with the service I received here today. ... We received our food quickly, the employees were pleasant and everything was fresh and hot. When I made mention of not likingthe strawberry lemonade they offered a replacement to which I declined because I didn't want soda. I drove off and got to theother side of the building before I noticed that an employee (possibly the manager), ran to this side and was trying to get myattention. She was trying to ask if I would like a freeze as a replacement. She made sure we left happy and I appreciate that! Read more
Terrible experience tonight. My burrito wrap was a mess like they had a broken (and hard) piece of one and then used another one... to gather the broken one sp it was too much wrap. And the nachos fries . A joke. The picture was how they came no me. NONE hadbeen eaten yet and were spilled. These few little fries. Really!!! Also asked for fire sauce when order was placed and ofcourse only mild was in the bag. Do better please. Read more
Food is solid when they get the order correct. Even on mobile orders with the exact items listed, no chance to mishear, it?s... likely you?ll be given incorrect items. Biggest issue though is the insanely slow drive through. Long and closed off so even ifyou realize that it?s taking 10+ minutes to move one space up you can?t decide to leave unless you?re in a vehicle with someclearance. Not only that, but they close the dining room 4+ hours before close so you can?t even skip the line and do a pickuporder then. Read more
