This Taco Bell has exceptional Customer Service, and the food is always fresh & piping hot, and the Freezes are perfection!
My food was cold. I ask for cinnamon twists, i got 2 cinnamon balls that looked like don't wholes. So i was really... disappointed. In addition i couldn't even understand the checkout lady at the window because she used ebonics. This is America, speak English please. Read more
I have to give this taco bell 5 stars. My mistake at the drive-thru meant i needed to cancel my order. They stopped me,... compensated for my error and got me my order. I am so used to bad service and disappointment that i am stunned. This is not theclosest one to me but it is worth the extra drive. Read more
1 star because the dinning area is always closed, as if the manager and the team members don't want any one to dine in. This... makes me think that the people who work there are unfriendly . Who ever is closing down the dining room should be subject to acorrection action up to termination. There is no reason why the dinning area is always closed, there are plenty of peopleworking at the store so it's not like a shortage issue , plus you raised your prices sky high on every thing so we as customerdeserve a better service . 1 star because the dinning area tables, and floors are dirty /dusty, as well the restrooms are not clean . Other than that the... team members are friendly and the food was served hot. The restaurant was remodeled to occupy more dine in customers butseatings are not comfortable. The whole restaurant needs deep cleaning . Health department needs to pay them a visit ,dirtydinning area and dirty restrooms makes one believe that the kitchen the food is served from is also dirty.
