I don't usually make reviews but I feel like the owners of this Taco Bell need to hear this. I ordered lunch at 11:48 on the... Taco Bell app to be picked up at 12:00. I arrived at 12:03 to pick up my food inside the restaurant and I didn't get my foodtill 12:25 which is ridiculous. The whole time I'm waiting there's a male employee sitting out in the restaurant on his phoneand there's a female employee just standing there talking to the other employees. I bet I stood at the counter for 8 minutesbefore the older lady that works there asked if I needed help. I order on the app every time I go here and the service issometimes good but most of the time bad but this day I've decided that I'm done eating here for a while. One time I ordered foodto be picked up inside at 12:00 and when I arrived to go inside they had the doors lock to the restaurant. When I knock on thedoor to tell them I'm here to pick up my food they let me in. At that point I saw an employee mopping the floor. 50/50 At best they'll get your order right and the dining room is usually locked even though it says its ooen. Staff seems to... have a pretty nasty attitude towards the customers most of the time. Other than the, the food is what you would epxect. Read more
Had a hard time figuring out how the drive thru goes because 8ts designed for long lines. Although the restaurant sits on Elvis... Presley the drive thru starts on the adjacent street behind the gas station. There oddly wasn't a long line nor wait. I wasoriginally in church's chicken at Norris and Elvis presley line. I had time to come up here figure out the drive thru, get thefood and make it back and when I repaired there, the car that was in front of me was just at the window. So I still wouldn'thave head food yet. Read more
Another above average Taco Bell establishment. Lobby was nice and clean along with the bathrooms. Self Service kiosk was... functional and crew interaction was polite and unobtrusive. Food was surprisingly well made. Everything was fried perfectly andportioned properly. Even the cheese sauce was hot and gooey. Read more
Good service goes a long way and this is an area concern that needs attention at this location.
