Terrible experience. They were more worried about fulfilling the Pick Up orders than the actual customers in the store. No... greeting, very slow preparing our order. Didn't ring up order correctly. And the employee was rude when we brought it to herattention after waiting in line for more than 20 mins. Would not recommend this location. Read more

I was not happy that the server used the same plastic gloves after handling the oven, and squeeze bottles of condiments to fix... the sandwich for the person in front of me. Then uses the same gloves to put his nasty hands in the lettuce and other toppingsfor my sandwich.. I thought about it, and just threw the sandwich away even though I paid for it. The Supervisor heard mecomment about using the same gloves and took over fixing my sandwich but she had on the same gloves herself withoutchanging. During this pandemic, I am even more careful about germs, but most subway servers change gloves frequently but THEY DONOT AT THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU DEMAND THEM TO. Read more

They have employees who dont speak English and I can?t understand them . I order spinach wrap with extra meat and they said they... can?t I told I?ll pay extra but she said something in Spanish and I told don?t worry about and she didn?t ever care bad customerservice. This location is horrible. They have the name Subway but do not accept any Subway coupons. I understand they might be a... franchise;however, customers expect a household name to honor its own product. This location makes the company look bad as awhole. Not to mention because of the area, they treat you as if you will steal something. I don't take offense to that as muchas I do with not accepting their own coupons received via the text alerts. Went there tonight to order a pizza I was at the laundromat wanting to get a bite to eat the young lady was so rude I asked to... order a pizza she said it with so much aggression she said we don't sell pizza after 5 pm never heard of that I told her how isthat and they just had sold a customer one as I was coming into the restaurant.
