Subway app offer was order a footlong & get a 6" meatball. Ordered a steak& cheese melt + the 6' meatball ($20 w/ tip). Got a... call saying they are out of meatballs & asked what would replace it. I asked if they could do a 6" BMT. She said yes. OK thatwill do. Both sandwiches were mostly bread. The pitiful "BMT" was plain meat only & totally lacked any dressings. Never again. Read more
Arrived here @ 7:20 p.m. to a bright 'OPEN' sign. Another man pulled up at the same time, and we both went to the door which was... locked. He knocked, a girl came to the door and said "We closed.". Uh - "The sign right here says you're open till 9:00 p.m." She responds "We're closing at 8:00 tonight." Me: "It's nowhere near 8:00." Her: "We gotta clean up and stuff." And Subwaywonders why they have to constantly close locations. I live around the corner from here, & it was this way during the worst ofthe pandemic. What's their excuse now? If they don't want to stay open until 9:00 as it says online & on their front door, whydon't they just change the hours? That being said, you can't say you're closing @ 8:00 but lock the door at 7:00. That's nothow normal businesses work. Read more

To truly be honest on my first visit above a week ago it was fantastic. The lady who made my Granddaughters sandwich was very... patient and friendly. This past visit a few days ago the lady who waited on me was rude and impatient and she put the cold baconon the sandwich and I asked her don't you warm it up first, well she told me you suppose to say that first if you want it warmedup. I visited this store today I am a open heart surgery patient and on dialysis the handicap space was taken so I parked in a space... but didn't pull all the way down as the door is fat away upon struggling to get in established a worker asked me to do him afavor and park noyone was in store I barely made it in I have a handicap placard and there were extra places I told him I didn'thave the strength to park further away . He did not show any compassion or understanding and lost a order from me and myelderly mother I will never visit here again .I don't expect preferential treatment if I was taking up spaces or blocking spacesI understand but I wasnt Read more
