This location really need some good employees, because the present ones is not too good. Very bad service!...they seem... like they don't want to wait on the customers. They put bread in the oven at 6:10p.m. knowing they close at 7:00p.m. and ittakes about 45mins to cook and we had to leave. That's not right. I still decided to wait, but the guy just kept openingup the oven door over and over again just to check the bread. The bread will never get done by doing that., so I just lifted ..I know they were glad that I lefted.. I'll never come to that location again ???? Read more

Good customer service! Not the fastest due to being short staffed, but they are WAYYYYY better than the Subway off Frayser Blvd... inside the shopping center with Kroger. Read more

Why am I being told I have to place my order online if I have more than 2 sandwiches? I literally ordered 2 footlong and 1 half... foot sandwich. Definitely not coming back. And they were kinda rude too. Complaining to corporate. Read more

I usually have a bad experience with this location so I stopped going for almost 6 months. Well my boss had me go today and... order 7 sandwiches for his employees and they handled them orders like pros. Great job today guys I will now feel morecomfortable going there again to get my food. Only thing is they were out of alot of stuff. Like oil, ice, coke but overall goodservice. Very patient no attitude even with a long line behind me. Kuddos to you guys awesome job Read more

Horrible experience. I go in to pick up my online order and there's blood on the board. Blood was on my bag that my food was in... which they threw away. After asking for my money back an employee got extremely upset & started yelling & threatening to hit mein my face. I do not know why he was chose to say anything to me cause I wasn't talking to him which I kept telling him. Theother employee (wish I knew his name) was extremely helpful. He calmed the situation, had the other guy removed, called themanager & offered to remake my food after cleaning the area. I WILL NEVER AGAIN GO BACK. Read more
