They don?t take coupons, they don?t take phone or mobile orders or anything like that. All of these coupons that subway have and... they have signs all over the place stating that they don?t take coupons. How are all the other subways in Memphis take themexcept this one! This location is always busy Monday -Friday. This is the cleanest Subway in Memphis. You can literally smell all the slice... ingridients thats how you know its fresh. The food taste really fresh go and try it and compare it to other subways. Myfavorite subs are the cold cut or black ham. Really friendly customer service. Yasmin made my sub today and it was delicious.The manager at this location is really sweet and welcoming. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet their is no chit chatingemployees. Lured in by a coupon text from subway for any sandwich for 5.99, only to find out after I ordered that this location does not... take any coupons, paper, text, email. Got my sandwich finally after having to learn another language to order it, only to bevery disappointed, the steak meat barely covered the bread, all the toppings, lettuce, onions, tomatoes where not fresh, breadtasted stale, and to top it off the bathroom was a wreck. Broken paper towel dispenser, broken garbage can and it looked likethe bathroom hasn't been throughly cleaned ever. Would not recommend this subway at all!!!! 22 dollars down the drain. Read more
Typical Subway experience except no soup, missing certain bread choices (i.e., honey oat), and no longer offering daily $5... footlong specials. Also the outside of the restaurant is dirty, and there was broken glass in the parking lot. Other than that,the staff is friendly and the customer service is great. I come here from work, and today I have an upset stomach and was hopingfor some soup. I'd never asked for it before today, and go figure - I picked the one Subway that doesn't have soup! Oh well -good store otherwise. Read more
The people were nice but the food wasn't. They rush to toast the sandwiches to have less people waiting. My sandwich taste... like it just came out the fridge. Forget placing your order online. The food will not be ready and most times they leave theopen sign off hoping no comes in. Read more
