It is ok. I only like when Romeo fix my food because he's great. He is fast and he knows how to keep your ingredients on the... bread vs falling out of it like most subways do. His bread is always soft and not hard like the majority of them are. He shouldteach all subway employees from every location on creating a sandwich. This is the subway on Kirby in the shopping center. It'snext door to krogers. Read more
Wow. This used to be one of the better Subways. Not anymore. Indifferent staff, sloppy sandwiches, no napkins. We spent $60 and... felt like they couldn't wait to get rid of us. Not Goung Back. Read more
Staff was nice. Food was fresh. They ate not taking any Subway coupons for some reason.
I was treated poorly by one employee because I asked to sub mayo for guacamole. Even tho I said I know there's a charge. Then... employee got bent outta shape about it instead of just adding like I asked. Then she continued to go on and on with the tendingrep at the register. She kept reminding the rep that I had bacon and guacamole as of I ate gonna steal it. I had to tell her,her job with us was done and the rep had out from there. Just rude and dramatic. Read more
This guy was phenomenal and fast. Great service. He had a difficult customer and dealt with respect.
Contrary to my directions when they were making the sandwich, they put so much sauce on it (I said "one line") that the food was... inedible. Had not eaten in 24 hrs, but could not eat the slop (like eating a slushie with no container). Their solution was toremake the sandwich (of more inedible slop). NEVER AGAIN!!! Guess the two ladies in there were upset about working the holiday. No greeting when myself and my daughter came through the... door... When I told her I needed a moment to decide what I wanted, she huffed and puffed like a child. I ordered a spicy Italianflatizza--my usual that I order all over Memphis. She took four pieces of meat and laid them on the flat bread. I asked if shewas supposed to cut them and every other subway automatically cuts them.. She said she could if I wanted. I told her I'dappreciate it if she would. All the while, me and my daughter are giving each other looks because obviously she's in a bad mood.The other lady asked if I wanted any veggies and if so which ones. She held on to them while the other lady practically tossedthe meat all over the flat bread. I eventually stopped her and told her forget it, I didn't want it, & that I hoped they had abetter day and left. By judging the other reviews, that place sucks. I'll just stick to my usual subway on South Highland.They're awesome.! Read more
I dnt where the manager is but something needs to be done. They seem stressed and like they dnt wana be there.
