I ordered a steak wrapped and the young lady did the wrap. But instead of wrapping the wrap she had balled it up and then she... proceeded to put it in the paper after told her I don't want her to wrap it like that. The RUDE SHORT BLONDE LADY CAME BEHINDHER AND ASK ME DID I WANT IT AND I TOLD HER YES BUT I WANT HER TO RE WRAP IT. SHE THREW MY WRAP IN THE TRASH AND TOLD ME TOHAVE A NICE DAY! The older lady that works there has been working the last couple of times I?ve been in and she has a condescending attitude... every time I encounter her. She comes off as extremely rude and acts like you are stupid for asking any questions at all. Theyounger ladies that work there are great when she isn?t around, but they are quiet and not very friendly when she is workingwith them. Rude staff. I?ve had Subway hundreds of times even used to work there myself so there?s no need to tell you about the food. I... walked in wanting to get a sandwich after my workout and walked right back out. First thing I said to the employee was goodmorning and she just stared blankly. After minimally toasting a steak and cheese (meat was still refrigerator cold), the girl behind the counter dumped half a bottle... of mayo in my sandwich out of spite because I told her she was using the lite mayo bottle and didnt give into her repeating of'trust me'. All fountain drinks were out of syrup, and despite already paying, they chose not to change it out, and instead toldme to get a 20 oz bottle. When I mentioned to them that 32 oz fountain drink = $2.49 and a 20 oz bottle = $2.19 was not theequivalent price to oz ratio, I was gaslit to think I was causing a problem, then the old woman (mentioned in Jackson Floyd'sreview) tried to escalate the situation by dramatically taking 30 cents out of the little donation/tip container to make me seemlike I was petty. I told them it wasn't the money itself, but the principle and overall quality of service that the issue athand. They laughed at me, talking smack as I walked out. Been. Along for two hours now trying to reach someone . I bought 3 sandwiches with two of the workers that working on my house... and when I went to order cookies they added the lady behind me steak sandwich. I did not notice it u til I got home I did notlook at my change so I have been calling the store for two hours and no one will answer and I have them working on my house so Ican?t leave. Been calling customer service line also but they tell you to go on a web site and type in this and that. What if Idon?t have the internet why not can anyone just answer. But I have both of my receipts and I will be going right back up thereas soon as the guy is done for today. This is sad can?t speak to anyone about being charged for a foot long I did not purchase.
