This store never do food right they need new workers the bread always burnt omg $21.87 for 2 burnt footlongs
Horrible service employees had long finger nails and one employee with orange braids was digging in her ear behind the counter... with no gloves . They all had long fake nails I?m sure that?s against health code ! Jessica was horrible and rude they all actedlike it was a problem they were making your sandwich I couldn?t comfortably order they made my sandwich wrong I?m pregnant andasked for my sandwich well toasted she rolled her eyes I could even eat it had to throw the whole thing away ! Do not eat here Ialso said thank you to employee after she rang me up she just rolled her eyes they rushed me to pay and I couldn?t even finishmaking everything I wanted out on my sandwich ! Horrible place don?t waist your time !! This was at night time so I highly don?trecommend !! Employees are fabulous here, we have never had any issues with service. Have had problems with freshness and the wait. Our food... was not fabulous or I would have given 5 stars. It was Saturday evening and they had 2 employees so the wait was horrible andthey didn't not have time to do additional prep that was needed. They may have same problem as other places, no one wants towork. We will continue to visit this store! Read more
I sometimes avoid this location because it can be a little slow but today a guy named Willie was there and it was probably the... best service I have had at a Memphis fast food place in a looooooonnnnnng time. If Willie is not the manager then he needs tobe the manager. And no I dont know him personally but service like his had to be complimented. Read more
It has been quite apparent to me and others in recent years that their subs are getting smaller and the cost of those subs are... getting larger much larger. Based on this location, this time, the food was okay, cooked completely. Staff could've been morepleasant and attentive. They also could've told us about their specials or deals it would've increased their sales for sure. Read more
