Ordered a salad from this place the spicy Italian and it was tiny. Barely any lettuce, little to no dressing, and it tasted like... pickles and i did not order any. lady had no explanation. My experience was horrible x 3! I ordered a pizza and when the young lady was done putting the items I requested on the pizza, I... asked for extra cheese. When she went for the cheese, the acting manager told the young lady we can?t do that. I went on to sayno it?s ok, I will pay for the extra cheese and she replied we can?t do that again. I reminded her of the ordered board whichclearly stated extra cheese $35. She repeated we can?t do that and if I call my manger she will say the same thing. Sheproceeded to call the manager and when the manager started to tell her she could, the young lady took the phone off speak andwent to the back. I thought I would finally get my extra cheese but the onsite manager was dead set on me not get extra cheese.She told the other young lady to pick the individual items off the pizza and put them back in the bins (Health Dept. Issue) thentold me there go the door. Curious, So I asked before I exited the venue, you would let a customer leave unsatisfied over ascope of cheese that he is willing to pay for? And she said yes! I ordered online. I ordered a spicy Italian bowl with lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, olives, peppers, and ranch dressing. My... total came to $10 and some change. When I picked up my bowl, I had spinach, cucumbers (which I am allergic to!), no tomato, nocheese, and a teaspoon of ranch. To top it off, I asked for utensils so I could eat, I got a knife! This is not what I orderedand will not be going back to this subway!!!
