I got to work early so I could walk to the Starbucks right next door to my job. I arrived at the Starbucks(Westin Hotel) about... 6:35 and the doors were not open. The employees looked at me as I pulled on the door then turned around and went to the back ofthe store and never returned. Common courtesy would be as simple as acknowledging the customer and saying we'll be opening alittle later today. But noooo, customer service is really hot garbage these days. Read more

By far the work Starbucks experience to date. Cashier had a condescending attitude. Cutting me off while I was explaining how I... want my iced coffee made. I asked for a different roast ,and she goes ?so you just want a iced coffee?? No! I want it made howI?m paying for it. Also I asked for cream and sugar and she just said I would need to add it myself and pointed where it was bythe door. Didn?t bother to ask if I wanted classic syrup or regular sugar. Coffee tasted weak and watered down. Just overallvery ghetto. Could?ve made a better coffee at home. The audacity for their credit card machine asking for a tip before paying.They deserve nothing. Rude! We found a table just outside the front doors that didn?t have any chairs around it, so my wife asked one of the employees... if we could use the outdoor chairs that were stacked just inside the doors. The employee snapped back with a terribly rude tone,telling my wife we couldn?t use the chairs. By far, the rudest Starbucks experience in 15 years. Later, a local told us theemployees at this location are the rudest he has ever experienced, as well. Sounds like management needs to create a new culturehere?it comes from the top. Read more

(as of 11/22/2020) - FRAUD - AVOID AT ALL COST!! This location has been reported to by Starbucks Corp for FRAUD!! They are known... to OVER charge customers for standard drinks (please compare it to other SB) as well as falsify and increase the prices of ALLmerchandise there (their Mugs). They rip off ALL the prices at the bottom of all the Mugs and then when you go to purchase it,they pull a different sku with a higher price point. They will NOT give you a receipt unless you ask for it, AND when they dogive a receipt it is NOT Itemized, it is a general total price receipt so you won't even know what the different prices are!!There are 2 black girls working here that are hustling customers and have been reported to SB Corp as well as the manager of theStore... These Been There series mugs go for $12.95 (every state). We didn't realize we were hustled as it was raining and wewere in a rush to leave. The other thing that is being called out is the Location on the Receipt is wrong in comparison to theone that we are writing this review up against (the one that is across from FedEx Forum) AVOID AVOID AVOID - FRAUD and SCAM atthis Starbucks Location. Thank you Steven, my coffee & egg bites was just right. Also thank you for being so polite & friendly. There was no crowd, it... was clean & neat. They have started their holiday flavors, so stop by & get your nice warm drink along with a bite to eat. Ifyou don't like coffee it's okay they have a few other drinks with no coffee like flavored teas, hot chocolate & just ask. Read more

Good location if you are staying at the Westin. Slow service. Everyone had to repeat their orders several times because the... baristas could not hear them over the music. Why not lower the volume of the music so the clientele don't have to shout? Read more
