I would normally leave 5 stars for this location because it's super close to me and everyone is always so nice and I come... through several times a week. However this morning at 7 am while I was paying, i asked the woman at the window for a pup cup. Iknow that they aren't obligated to do that and she could have politely said no. Instead she rolled her eyes AT me, huffed, andLOUDLY said "this is so irritating". I hadn't even gotten my order yet so it wasn't like i was just holding up the line. This Starbucks on Union avenue is drive through only. There was a long line of cars, however the line was going fast. I got an... iced mocha for myself and it was just perfect. Starbucks has always been a decent coffee joint. Their fame has been globallyacclaimed. This is just another location, near to my house. I love to take out coffee from this place. Read more

I sat at the window looking at my order for 15 minutes while the drive through line piled up. A female brunette young worker... went to the window to look out several times and refused to make eye contact with me or serve me my order. Guess she consideredherself ?off the clock?? Anyways, by the time the next employee came my food was cold and my coconut bar was melted from sittingunder my food so long. The time before that 2 people left the line because of the wait. If I could give 0 stars I would. All the drinks were absolutely atrocious and gone to the worst. My drinks were either too... sweet to possibly drink or overusage of too much milk. Coffee isn?t supposed to be the way they made my drinks. I ordered aCoffee Frappuccino, does this drink look like appetizing to you? Tried to go in to get ground coffee. But inside of store closed. Not good as I like to see selection of bean coffees. Won?t go... here again. No reason not to have full services at this time. Read more
Usually this location is awesome, but today, one employee made it challenging. I order two drinks. One for my wife who is at ST... Jude hospital going on 2 weeks with my daughter and one for me. The young lady refused to give me a drink holder. She told methey were for mobile orders only. I told her all I want is a cup holder so I can walk the coffee from ST Jude parking lot to mydaughter's room. She closed the drive up window in my face. When I asked for a refund, the team lead stepped in, apologized,told me this shouldn't have happened and corrected the situation. Why did this happen? Read more
Would give no stars if I could the lack of professionalism at this location is insane. The fact the employees make you make at... the box before acknowledging you only to wait until 1min to close to say and I quote ?we?re closed it?s 7? and proceeded togiggle is horrible. There was no hello I do apologize but we are closed nothing. I?ve worked in customer service for severalyears and if I spoke to any client, patient or customer that way I would have been written up.
