Those little ratchet females on second shift weekdays should not be representing Starbucks. They are very unprofessional an... witnessed several times them harassing another employee an they all should be terminated. I visited the Starbucks inside of Baptist East on Walnut Grove. I purchased the banana bread and it was very fresh, I must... say. I gave this particular Starbucks four stars because the ladies there did not actually ask me what I wanted nor did theygreet me upon entering. I did notice them greet others though. I also noticed when I did get into the line and asked about thebread she told me it wasn't my turn but the guy who wasn't even in front of the counter told me he would be there for a longtime and that I could go on ahead and he was very friendly about it. The worker still decided help him instead and I thanked himanyway. I would say she was friendly to him. Even though in front of the counter where the bread was they did not ask me what Iwanted until I got in front of the cash register. Again, once I was there this one particular worker became friendly andassisted me and also thanked me after I purchased it. A little weird and fake but yeah, overall I'm ok with it. Read more
Awesome coffee and great customer service. It is Starbucks afterfall but since I've been to some that aren't great before I will... leave a review saying that this one was perfect in my opinion. They quickly made my coffee, they had plenty of other stuff tocheck out and purchase if interested. They actually were so kind that I went in there to just check prices and ended up buying acoffee and also a nitro coffee and canned latte and double shot espresso. Also I got them to go ahead and prepare and make acoffee for my aunt so she could just arrive and pick it up. Read more
This location is within Baptist Hospital Memphis. I don't drink coffee and have only been inside the store a handful of times.... The store is clean and maintained. That's a must considering many staff and visitors frequent the place. As with all Starbucks,it's a bit pricey. Read more
This Starbucks is located inside Baptist East Hospital on Walnut Grove in Memphis. For the weary family or friend of a patient,... it's the perfect place for a pick-me-up and maybe a brownie or scone. I was in there numerous times during my sister's recent 2back surgeries, and no matter how busy the place was, the ladies working the counter were very fast and efficient, not tomention friendly. This is a good Starbucks. most Starbucks in secondary locations such as this one being in the hospital lobby or others that I... visited in targets and Banks really aren't as good as the standalone Starbucks but this one is an exception. the service wasactually faster than that in most standalone Starbucks the product was very good the baristas were good and the assortment ofpastries and alike were similar to that and a standalone Starbucks I was surprised to get this level of service from a Starbucksin the hospital lobby Read more
The inside was very small and cramped and it wasn?t terribly clean. I chose a good time to go because there wasn?t a line so I... didn?t have to wait. They seemed like they have a supply problem as they were out of all food items as well as the supplies forthe smoked butterscotch lattes that they just brought back. I got coffee for 3 different people and theirs were fine but minewas a little strong which is perfect for me but maybe not for everyone. The staff was very polite, always a major plus for me.
