They fussed at student customers. They did not accept cash, but didn?t tell customers until they placed their orders. They were... not friendly. Read more

Yep, not going back to University of Memphis Starbucks again. They keep messing up my order and its the simplest thing which is... a medium black coffee with 8 sugars. I ask them medium blonde with 8 sugars and they just give me straight black coffee. Nosugar. Can they comprehend? They can make drinks that have 30 ingredients but they have a problem with putting in just sugar. Ifthey have a problem with it then let me do it myself. Give me the sugar and a stirrer and let me be on my way. Read more

I don't mind waiting for my drink at this location. I have never had a problem with the quality of the food/drinks served here.... But TODAY... There barista who came in from the outside (front door) and started messing with the ordering screen. I thought shewas someone from IT fixing the screen, so I stopped paying attention to her. When I went back to counter later to see if my teawas finally being prepared, there she was with a Starbucks apron and playing with her HAIR while she was working I don't know ifshe ever washed her hands after she got to work, but it doesn't matter that much when she's playing with her hair!!! Sheactually put that "hair hand" in the cup while she was preparing drinks. That's NASTY, people! I don't have a problem with thelocation, but yall need to require hair nets and HAND WASHING!!!!!!!!!!!! The barista had her hair in a ponytail, but she keptplaying with the ponytail and flipping her long bang hair out of her face. Ugh! Ugh! Ugh! DISGUSTING!!! Read more

Right now I am a licensed Starbucks employee and I am very upset with how untrained these baristas are. Very lax in how they run... the bar, and they aren't sure how every drink is made. Kudos to them being able to survive the constant rush, but this popupcould be way way better. Blonde messes up their machines? Don't lie. That makes no sense. Read more

I wanted a muffin and got a cookie. I?m just about to cry. I came here for the student orientation and it was boring. Central... bbq tasted crappy and just not getting my muffin made me upset. And the cocoa isn?t that good. Read more

I got in line around 11:00. The line didn?t move for a good 5-7 minutes. Once I finally got to the front, I ordered a strawberry... banana smoothie and I got a bag of dried fruit. The cashier continued to check me out and give me my total. I paid and sat down. After that, he then figured out they didn?t have bananas and asked me if I wanted something else. I told him I wanted thehorchata almond milk frappe. 5 minutes later, I was handed a Caramel Macchiato. When I told them it was wrong, one barista wasvery kind and the other had some side remarks about how I was wrong. When clearly I did not ask for a caramel macchiato?? Theyall heard me?? So 5 more minutes pass and I see drink after drink being handed to other guests that were after time. So I go upto the table and only look for a second. The nice barista then had to remind the other for the second or third time to make mydrink. I then walked out and told them to forget about it because I had class. I usually have great service at this Starbucks. However, today no one had anything together and some of them were very rude. Read more

I went to this Starbucks wanting a caramel frapp, and this experience changed my life. I was having a decent day, but it got a... million times better once I entered the drive-thru. Kyle was on the opposite side of the drive-thru and said "Hi I'm Kyle, how'syour day going" and I knew at this moment my life was changed. Kyle is the best person I've ever met. He was so kind, andthoughtful. He was very polite when he told me they were out of caramel. I was sad at first, but I was happy again once Kyletalked. I never saw this man's face, but I know I would have liked him. When he handed me my frapp he said "One MochaFrappadingo". Kyle should become the CEO of Starbucks. Read more
