I went to buy coffee from this location last night and the service was 0, the same amount of stars I would like to leave. There... were two ladies standing at the end of the counter talking loud and speaking foul language. No one ever came to the register,both ladies walked to the back to avoid servicing me and said that someone else would be with me. Me and three others waited forso long, we just all decided to leave. Those ladies had absolutely no sense of good customer service and I will not return. Read more
The Macy Starbucks is poorly managed and staffed. I wanted to purchase a bag of whole bean coffee. There were 2 promotion signs... that offered $5 off with a $20 purchase. The bag of coffee beans were $15.31 so I got in line to make my purchase including be agrande coffee. This came to over $20. Without looking at the promotional sign a sales associate told me a $25 purchase wasrequired. I read the sign to her that said a $20 purchase was required. Next she told me that beverages did not count forpromotion. Again I read the sign that said the only exclusions were cards or alcohol purchase. After I was told they couldn't doanything because the computer did not register the offer, She went in the back and to call the manager. I waited and 10 minuteslater I was told the manager would call me later in the afternoon! I explained it was hard for me to get out of the housebecause of a disability. I asked that they just give me a complimentary coffee since they were not honoring the sales promotion.They said they could not do this. There was no concern for me, their customer. Any manager should leave employees with theability to make things right for the customer. This situation is very different from my experiences at stand alone Starbucksstores. Read more
My barista was cheerful and quick. She made my java chip frappe to perfection! The shop was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere.
Today was not ideal... I prefer my normal Strawberry Açaí refresher with lemonade. Today it was made without measuring. The... ice packed into the cup after that left me with about less than half a cup of refresher. They do NOT follow the process at thislocation!!!! Read more
