I love you Starbucks and I feel bad because I didn?t bother to write a review the other 100 times that everything was just fine.... This poor customer service encounter is pretty funny really. I get Starbucks every day. I asked for my coffee to be 100°because kid temperature is too hot for me. When he handed me my cup, it was burning hot. I gave it back to him and I said ?thisis too hot. I asked for 100 degrees?. He handed it back to me again and said ?this is 100°?. I said ?it?s too hot. Can youmake it cooler?? he said ?we could remake it, but it?ll be even hotter because it will be fresh coffee and handed it back to meagain?! I said, ?just put some milk in it?! Seriously. Read more
I wanted to share my wife's experience with her visit to the Starbucks located at 6165 Popular ave. 9/16/2022. My wife ordered... a Venti Ice expresso with 4 shots, 5 pumps of white mocha, extra whip and Ice. The cashier said we don't have any Venti cups.She pointed out that there were venti cups and pointed right to them. The cashier said those cups are for something else. Thisis the most unprofessional location that I've ever visited. I suggest that management fires whoever was working this morning ataround 6 AM. STAY AWAY FROM THE STORE AT 6165 Poplar if you want to feel respected and served. I honestly think they refusedto give my wife what she ordered because she is asian. We run a businesses and would fire any worker that didn't treat ourcustomers with respect. Read more
Edited: Delicious. Best Starbucks around. BUT. They rarely have everything you want to order. It seems like they're always out... of basics... even CUPS. ALL Breakfast Sandwiches?! This isn't the first time. I still love this place but management/supplyneeds help. Read more
Typical Thursday morning (8a) and out of Pumpkin, out of White Mocha, out of Chi and no refreshers. The entire store is... disorganized and and the people there could absolutely care less. Horribly managed store. Try to avoid. Read more
They seemed be out of everything I tried to order on the menu. I was surprised they had customers! I was suggested/had to settle... for something I didn't want and it was disgusting, even the refresher I ordered for my daughter. I stayed because I reallywanted Starbucks that day. I have visited this store 3 different days. My beverage came out the same as the first visit. I am highly satisfied and happy I... found my new Starbucks location. The Frappuccinos here are delicious and NOT a watery consistency. Read more
Drive thru - line wasn't long but it was soooooo slow. Good thing I wasn't in a rush.
