Very chill spot to hang out. We grabbed the new fall drinks and they were delicious. Apple crumble was super yummy.
I tried ordering on the app and it took out for my order went there yesterday the inside was closed and I had to wait in the... long drive thru line to be told that my order was cancelled because they ran out of coffee I asked for my money back and thedrive through lady yelled at me and REFUSED to refund me. I?m never coming back to this Starbucks again. I would like to speakto a manager about this that is NOT good customer service. Read more
The Americano had bitter notes and had slightly acidic BUT with an added burnt note. The tables needed to be wiped down, bread... crumbs on my table. The service was awesome and the time was fast. They just need to work on the beans and the extraction forenhanced taste and flavor. Read more
I go to Starbucks all the time, love it, visiting friend in TN, every location in this area I?ve visited, just hands me my quick... order, a tall pikes place, easy. Well, been here twice now, I?ve waited for my simple order to be in line behind the line ofcars in the drive through. Will go to the other locations that use a bit more common sense. Read more
Dirty dine in tables, chairs, windows, floor. Dirty restrooms. Was visiting at table with friends for several hours and did not... see trash on table behind us cleaned. Arms and hands kept sticking to table top, shirt kept sticking to chair back, loungechairs old and dirty. Cartoons of supplies everywhere. Huge pothole at drive thru window, I watched cars bouncing thru it forhours. Restrooms locked with pin pads and you have to ask for code to use. Read more
Not sure how this place can be closed in the mornings when it shows open on here as well as their app. Unfortunately this is a... common occurrence for this location. I frequent this location only because it?s the closest one to my house. The employees aregreat, management/owner needs to step up their game!
