I wish there was something this store could do about "the guy" who's there during all of their operating hours waiting to harass... customers as soon as they pull up in the drive-thru or walk in the door. Anyone who goes here is probably familiar with himbecause he's just always there. He also harasses the staff as I've witnessed multiple times I've been in there. I've stoppedgoing for the most part and started going to a different coffee shop on highland just so I don't have to deal with him but Itried to go today and he was sitting right at the drive-thru and started talking to me as soon as I pulled up so I just wentback home. I'm pretty much done with this store even though it's right next to my house and I've been going here for years. Read more

I went to this location on the way the way to University of Memphis on a Saturday. While the drive-thru was busy, the inside... seemed to be running really well. I?m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I noticed a lot of boxes in the way of the transactioncounter and there was an order build up at the counter. Those two things could have had various reasons of the happenings but itwas important to note for logistics. I ordered a hot beverage and toasted bagel and both were to my liking. I will visit thislocation again for sure. Read more
On a Saturday night, all the baristas decided to lock the store and go stand on the side of the road protesting something... ON... A SATURDAY NIGHT AT 6.30 PM!!!! (I don't know what they were upset about, the signs were incoherent and their shoutsincomprehensible.) Their precious little protest cost them money that night and a customer in perpetuity. I sincerely hope theowner of this location FIRED them all. I went 3 miles down the road to another Starbuck's and had a wonderful time. I WON'T beback to this shop... ever... Read more
