This is something that I have been noticing lately at this sonic. The staff is rude and the wait is extremely long. I placed... order online with the app. When I checked in the screen showed I was there and my food was in the kitchen. 10 minutes later thescreen was blank and I had to wait another 10 minutes. I finally pressed the button and a rude worker answered. I told her whatmy issue was and she told me I just had to wait until they get to me. One of the only locations in Memphis where the people aren't rude and don't try to predict what you're going to say.
