This is something that I have been noticing lately at this sonic. The staff is rude and the wait is extremely long. I placed... order online with the app. When I checked in the screen showed I was there and my food was in the kitchen. 10 minutes later thescreen was blank and I had to wait another 10 minutes. I finally pressed the button and a rude worker answered. I told her whatmy issue was and she told me I just had to wait until they get to me.
