Always on point update don't know what happened tonight 10-6-2022 waited for almost 45 minute on my food wasn't anyone there but... myself and 2 more cars but they didn't have a care in the world to get the food out in a timely manner if the management wasn'toutside talking to the people hanging the hell out maybe the food would have been on point even gave a 10 dollar tip and foodstill was wrong that's my last time pulling up to this location Read more

I waited for a good while both to order and for the order to get to me. The quality of the food was good, but friendliness was... definitely lacking here, and they were not very busy, but they may have been short staffed, like several places are these days. Read more
It was good but they didn't take my order correct..So I just took what they gave me.
Never go here (Raleigh Frayser)again the person taking my order kept rushing me mind you I had 3 granddaughters with me. And... when I got my hotdog with mayo and relish it was very sloppy and the hotdog was over cooked. Money is tight can't spend it onbad service and over cooked food ???????? Read more
This Sonic is ALWAYS a mess when I decide to patron this location (Raleigh Frayser). I just left there disappointed once again!... Ordered a #4 which comes with an onion ring on the sandwich, large onion rings and sweet tea. I get my order and it has largefries. I told the waitress i should have onion rings. She said "I don't think we have any onion rings...let me check". Shedelivers a couple orders and then brings me my "though to be onion rings" and tells me I should have a credit for .20 for thedifference. Not understanding why it should be a difference, I left. Only to find out that I got fries again. If the storedidn't have onion rings, I should've been given the option to change my order especially since my burger was supposed to have anonion ring on it. And I wanted tater tots instead of fries but NOBODY told me they didn't have onion rings. This place gets onmy nerves and I will travel the extra mile from here on out!!!! Read more
I couldn't believe that I actually had a decent experience here after reading the reviews AFTER I had ordered and paid!! Thank... God!!???????? I usually read reviews first. That was so out of character for me not to read the reviews. Especially on my veryfirst visit... Because some of the reviews were jaw-dropping!!! Whoever owns this location needs to be sued for allowing theiremployees to cough on food orders and speak disrespectfully to customers like that using profane language???????? And the onlyreply to each one is to just call that 1-800 number where they do absolutely nothing and the problem is perpetuated!!!Shameful... because these owners are well aware that each negative experience deters tipping and these carhops get paid withtips as well. Smh.... With that being said, I actually was pleased with my visit even though it took forever for the food tocome, (of course) and they got my order wrong (of course)... But it was actually okay and I really liked it surprisingly! I evengave the carhop, Shamerical, a tip which I haven't done in quite some time at Sonic because each one I've been going to have hadsuch horrendous service! But she was very professional and polite and deserved a tip. I only wish I had more cash on me to giveher because she was a very nice young lady. It's just so sad... Oh my! This place needs some work. Server called out my 2 orders to me then handed me a chili cheese dog?. By the time I was... able to get somebody else?s attention or a response on the speaker my food was getting cold. Finally received my Ladiescheeseburger just to find out it wasn?t any cheese on it. I really believe somebody in this sonic is trying to make you guyslook bad. I ordered a chili cheese tot afterwards and even tipped the young lady $4?. Tell me why it?s been 30 minutes and I amwaiting on the tots still. Read more
