They have untrained, disrespectful children working at this store. Is good customer service being taught anymore? Three... teenagers were working when I came in. I ordered the same thing I always order (at other locations) and not a single one of themhad heard of the item. I had to keep repeating the item and then actually point to it on the menu. I started to describe theadd-ons that I wanted, and the girl actually said ?calm down? to me because she couldn?t process my words fast enoughapparently. I have come to this smoothie king several times never had a problem. But this one time it was a rude worker. There was a problem... and I told her to throw it away. But instead gave it to another customer (who was making sure she got it by the way) for FREEafter I paid for it and told her to throw it away. Instead of making us another for free she want to charge us. I don?t thinkit?s fair we had to pay again while she gave it to another woman for free after I said throw it away. Natellie did a great job with our order! Her customer service skills were welcoming and her interaction with her fellow... employees was great as well! Our smoothies tasted fresh and smooth! I love Smoothie King. I hadn't gone there in a while but I'm glad I went recently. The workers were nice and speedy. The... smoothie was delicious. I purchased a 40oz peanut butter and chocolate smoothie for a bit under $10 that served as my breakfastand lunch. It took me 2 hours to finish it but it sustained me until dinner. Ordered through the app, waited until pickup time which was 3:55pm. My order was not ready upon arrival. I watched several... walk-ins order and receive their orders before I received mine. After waiting in the store for 20 minutes I asked about myorder, I was told it was being made. I left the store with my order at 4:24pm. It is unbearable to watch the incompetence. Afew reviews suggest the store is understaffed, but I tend to think there is no training. On the other hand I believe I could getfour homeless people off of Union Ave that could run the place better all by themselves. You should go once just to get a lessonon chaos. Read more
