Smackers has superb customer service. They made sure to read my order back after placing it and also ensured that my order was... correct before I left with my food. All condiments and eating utensils were in the bag. The staff was very friendly along witha clean and safe eating environment. They food came out in a timely manner and everything was delicious. I come to SMACKERS about 4 times out of the week the customer service is amazing, nice & friendly the employees seem to love... their job & know it very well . I get the Grill Salmon Club & it is smackinggggg. All of their food is amazing . DO NOT PASSthis place up & it is BLACK OWNED we have to support each other . Read more
Y'all, this is one of the best burger places we've ever been to and definitely my favorite in Memphis. I had the Sampler... Trio(honey wings, fried shrimp, and cheeseburger sliders). My husband had the Cajun sausage cheese steak, and our daughter had aburger and fried. It's all fresh ground and made to order ???????? Very good hamburger! They were having some issues with food prep. I'm not sure what the problem was, more staff needed maybe. I... received my food and it was great. It did take a while and some people left without ordering. I think they were just shortstaffed. Hope they get that worked out, definitely a good burger and I would go back. Read more
