Smackers has superb customer service. They made sure to read my order back after placing it and also ensured that my order was... correct before I left with my food. I come to SMACKERS about 4 times out of the week the customer service is amazing, nice & friendly the employees seem to love... their job & know it very well . Very good hamburger! They were having some issues with food prep. I'm not sure what the problem was, more staff needed maybe. I... received my food and it was great. It did take a while and some people left without ordering. I think they were just shortstaffed. Hope they get that worked out, definitely a good burger and I would go back. Read more
