Came in on a Tuesday night and had an excellent meal. Want to give props to Erin and Kat at the bar. Both were knowledgeable,... accommodating, and fun to talk Flaming Lips and biking with. I went with the seaweed salad, kara age, and two rolls, all ofwhich were excellent. I really love coming here. I've always gotten a great meal and the atmosphere is great: low-key andchill. The food was 5 star. Highly recommend the Ceviche, the Hot Stuff roll and the mushroom gyoza. The service was 2 star. I looked... at the menu and website and decided to give it a try at 4pm on a Saturday. When we walked in they immediately told us that ONLYraw items were available until 5 when their kitchen opened. No where was THAT listed. So that was disappointing. The food tooka rather long time and even though we were sitting at the bar, they were not attentive to our drinks. It was rather confusingbecause everyone seemed to be doing everything. Not sure who our waiter was, or the bartender, or even who the hostess was. Thefood was the only reason I would come back. Hutch, our bartender on the second floor, made the experience. We started out on the first floor at the bar and could tell the... lady?s at the bar were working their butts off but we couldn?t even make a drink order. We ended up going for a table and didn?tsee our waiter for 10 minutes. We tried the upstairs bar where we met Hutch. He was awesome and we had a fantastic time. Thefood was fantastic and came out quick. We are definitely coming back but only for Hutch on the second floor. We will not beingstaying for the first floor. Read more
Amazing food! - Some of the best we have had recently. A really good Old Fashioned cocktail, at the table in 5:48 after sitting... down. There were many more small plates I wanted to try but we had the tuna tartar, the fried okra, duck noodle, and the Rock nRoll express roll. Finished off with the chocolate pie. Went here recently and had a drink that I cannot remember the name of - it was great though. But I do remember the dish I had... and it was great as well! The Duck Yakisoba was so creamy and I know that?s weird to say about a noodle dish but it was damntasty with a lot of duck (to my surprise). Service was great. Food and drinks were outstanding. I loved the atmosphere. Ourtable friend told us there will be some cool changes with the hours and offerings soon. I?ll be back because I want to try thepatio on a nice fall day! Read more
