Amazing! Do not miss RYU sushi when in Memphis. The summer salad was refreshing and complex, beautifully presented. The dumpling... soup was one of the best soups I've ever had. The sushi rolls we had easily ranked among the best sushi I've had and were eachbeautifully made and plated. I wish I could have tried everything, but will need to come back another day to get the pho.Service was great, very attentive. The dining room was not busy while we were there, so dining in was easy. The takeout counterwas hopping the whole time, so you will also get excellent service if ordering to go online or by phone. Read more
I?ve been three times now and the pho is delicious! It may not be as authentic as a traditional pho, but the broth is tasty and... has great flavor. If you?re looking for good sushi and delicious pho, this is your place! Also the dumplings are DELICIOUS. Read more

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! The outside is plainly decorated and missable when driving by but once you enter... it has a nice set up. The kitchen and dining area is impeccably CLEAN! Customer service was great as well. Don?t hesitate todrop in to eat or order to-go. I ordered the Crispy Dumplings (made with pork) (not pictured) and they were delicious! Thesweet chili dipping sauce really set them off. For the main, I ordered the Seafood Pho. The broth was delicious, shrimp tasty,and noodles cooked perfectly. You get a huge serving that?s enough for leftovers! Overall, I will return here to try out someof their sushi options as they do serve that as well. Read more
This is probably the best Japanese restaurant in Memphis. Compared to Japanese restaurants in German town, the... cost-effectiveness and freshness are significantly higher. Read more

Outstanding Sushi spot! Fresh fish and rice served with excellent hospitality. Beer is served in a chilled mug that finished... crisp and cold. Don?t sleep on the Pho here. I tired the broth and *Chef?s kiss* it?s perfect. I?ll be going back for a bigbowl of Chicken Pho soon! Read more
