I would like to point out that I visited Red Hook on Union several times in order to exact same thing. However, when I order it... here it's considerably less. How is 3 lb. Not 3 lb. Not 3 lb. 1st and last time going . The food is expensive which isn't the problem. The problem is it wasn't worth the price. 20 PC hot... wings 20 dollars and I could literally pour hotsauce in fried wings and taste 10 times better. Price and taste don't match. Read more

So good I couldn't eat all of it

My wife and I have been looking for a seafood restaurant with some good flavor. This was our first time trying Red Hook and they... did not disappoint. We spent over $180 with a tip and it was worth it. Now I will say, they should add dry cajun and ranchseason to their Cajun Ranch Wings, cut or poke holes in the potatoes and crab legs so they absorb some of that great flavor. Wehad Cajun Ranch Wings Combo, Fried Calamari, Deep Fried Cheesecake, The Sunday Special (Lobster, Snow Crab with Sausage,Potatoes, and Corn on the Cob) and we added Crawfish and Eggs. Read more

I ordered the Cajun wings dry and they were barely seasoned. Only seasoning was on one side. Then the wings tasted old. I know... old wings when I taste them. Freezer burnt or something. The fries weren?t Cajun like the menu says. So dissatisfied I won?t bereturning. I would?ve returned it but those Asians aren?t really friendly up there and have the nerve to put a tip jar out likethe service is so great. Sitting here still hungry. Hope this helps. Read more
