Terrible service just need to shut down. waited a hour to pick up my online order food was not fresh at all. Was told they... didn't have fries. Whole time they had fries but they lazy assessment didn't wanna cook them then was told no macaroni. I usually get wonderful service and great food. This day I think the manager on duty wasn't himself he was not happy but tried... to be cordial. He gave me hot chicken instead of mild, the red beans and rice was half full, the tea was old and he gotsarcastic about it and he was sarcastic to the person in front of me and the customer apologized to him like he did somethingwrong. Haven't been to these chicken places in a long time. Had the sandwich today. Chicken melts in your mouth. And the Cajun Rice is... awesome. Didn't use to go here much because Chicken was too spicy.. don't know about chicken pieces .. but the chicken in thesandwich was GREAT ! Read more
The establishment drive thru is already too slow for them to be making errors on your order. You don't even bother checking if... it's correct until after you have made it home from the long wait. They left my side of red beans and rice off my order. Thepopcorn shrimp literally look like crumbs and the regular size mac and cheese was ridiculously small basically nothing but lumpof cheese. I waited about 25 minutes in the drive through before my order was taken, then it took another 8 or 10 minutes before I got to... the window. When I got there, I was told that they didn't have the chicken for my order and didn't offer any replacement. Read more
