It's interesting how a restaurant only has one item on the entire menu and doesn't even apologize for it. Honestly I felt like... no one was working anymore tonight went 40 minutes before close and all they had was a chicken sandwich. I guess the truckcoming in the morning. They didn't have anything. Advertise $6 meal. Didn't have it. Ask for a number 1 didn't have no sandwiches. Only chicken(spicy).... Then had the worst attitude. Chicken was soggy. I'll never come there again. They need to work on their customers service. Read more
The lady at the window was extremely rude. But to add insult to injury, there was a piece of hair fried into my chicken tender.... Yuck!!!!! I say definitely check your chicken before pulling off. Let add that my total was 16.33. I gave the lady 20.33. So mychange was 4.00. When doing the refund the rude lady from the window said that her drawer would be short because I refused togive her the 4 dollars back that she gave me in change. I rarely eat fast food, but I was in the area and popeyes sounded good. The workers had attitudes and nobody greeted me nor the... customer behind me. They just looked as if we were the problem. I ordered thru the app so I was hoping it was ready when Iarrived. The chicken was cold and flavorless. Wings still had feathers. I wish I had taken a pic of the wing that tried to flyaway lol.
