This is a TERRIBLE restaurant!!!!!!! They won't let you in I guess that's ok thanks to covid. But when you have a truck and... trailer they want you to go through the drive through. We couldn't because the speaker was at a bad angle with a trailer thenthere is a bad useless curb so we bypassed the speaker and they said they cannot ring up at the window. They were trashy. Theyhad attitude and in the store arguing. They were the worst I've ever seen. I've been to many resturants and we didn'tinconvenience anyone they could have taken an order. Decided to stop here and order 3 combos and spent $30 and my drinks tasted horrible like water mixed with acid. The combos was... in small boxes separate from the sides which didn?t make sense. Tried calling to get a refund no answer. Will never eat hereagain prefer the one on Frayser Blvd better. Read more
The Drive-Thur lady was very courteous and kind while takig my order and recalled my order with accuracy before driving around... to the Cashier's Window. When I arrive at the window, I was greeted with a smile. Then, I drove to the next window and greetedwith another smile, but the lady could tell I had a rough day , so she made me laugh before asking me to pull forward to thefront of the building and wait for my order to finish cooking. When the next lady brought my order to my car, she was smilingand kind. Sorry, I was hungry and smelled the delicious food, so no pictures this time. I will tell you, the spicy chickenwas cooked correctly, the red beans and rice cup was full with balanced flavors which danced on my tongue. The popcorn shrimpwas temperature hot and eaten first. The mashed potatoes were creamy and the biscuit was hot out the oven buttery fresh. Lastly, the Southern Sugar Cane Tea was a great was to wash my food down. Read more
This location has really changed in the last 2 years. They are very professional and nicer than most locations. I have ordered... various dishes in the last few months and have been pleased with the appearance and taste of the food. The are Awesome!! On this visit, there was a failure in immediate front counter assistance; however, the food was well worth the wait. Waiting... over ten minutes to place my order. The food at this Popeyes is alway delicious and the chicken is always fresh. Read more
