Got the Detroit style I was disgusting. Crust was not cooked, the sauce was cold and just covered everything to the point you... could not eat it. Throw most of it away and will never order from Pizza Hut again. Overall experience was gross! Read more
Ordered pizza last night with an estimated 30-40 minute delivery. 1 hour and 45 minutes later, I had to go flag down the... delivery driver who was wandering around the neighborhood with a spotlight. Not sure if he was intoxicated or what, but then heproceeded to want to chat. When I said something about it taking almost 2 hours, he responded with "its still hot" While thepizza was still warm, it was certainly not fresh. Will be the last time I order from Pizza Hut. I don?t even know where to start.... guess I will go in the order the bad stuff happened. First, whoever answers the calls... sounded like she was smoking crack and didn?t understand Pizza Hut menu. Secondly the pizza was way late. Thirdly the deliverydriver didn?t know how to count change. Then I look at my pizzas and instantly realize they didn?t add my jalapeño peppers,that they charge extra for, nor did they leave off the ham and the red onion was in humongous thick chucks. Last but mostimportant, the pizzas had a sour taste. Like seriously SOUR!! I started picking it apart and tasting things separately. Idecided it was the pork sausage. Then I tasted the pizza sauce alone and OMG IT WAS MORE SOUR THAN SAUERKRAUT!!!!! I don?t knowwhat has happened to this location. In my personal opinion they used to be one of the best. I hope for the safety of other?shealth they start keeping food at the right temperature and throwing away the products that have been left sitting out. I prayto God we do not get sick from these pizzas we got tonight! I haven?t ordered from this location in a long time because I movedto the other side of town. So I don?t know if they just had a bad night or if this is something regular with them but I do knowI will not be ordering from this location anymore and I would advise others to go somewhere else as well. Horrible customer service. First I get a call stating they are out of pepperoni (gasps) and I allowed a replacement. Now my... order arrives and is missing items and I call the manager who tells me to contact Door Dash though I did NOT place my order thruDoor Dash. Was then informed they dont have any delivery people so they contacted Door Dash. But you want me to call Door Dashand complain or request a refund? the audacity and incompetency of these people. The last time I ordered a pizza here it took over 4 hours to have it delivered. I wanted to pick it up but they said I couldn't,... that pickup was already closed. This time I called the pizza in to be picked up. They told me it would be 50 minutes. So I gotthere in 45 minutes. The girl told me it wasn't ready yet. She said you want me to cancel it or to continue? I assumed it wasjust going to be a few minutes so I told her to continue. I've now been waiting 30 more minutes and it's still not ready. Whichmeans they didn't even start on it until I walked in the door. 80 minutes after I place the order I finally have the pizza. Iwill never be back to this Pizza Hut again as long as I live. I could have got it quicker if I had it shipped from Italy. Read more
